Abstract

The business feasibility study, market and marketing point of view is very likely to be the main factor, because market and marketing point of view determines the resistance or disappointment of an organization in business. This study aims to conduct a business feasibility study on the ajas Craft business as an evaluation and improvement from the marketing aspect. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, searching for documents and questionnaires to strengthen data from consumers. The results of the study show that Majas Craft fulfills the feasibility aspects both in terms of the marketing aspect. However, there needs to be an increase in the marketing strategy in terms of promotion. Research also produces business strategies that can be carried out and shows that Majas Craft has competitive and profitable business prospects
