Islam memberikan rambu-rambu dan pedoman dalam melakukan kegiatan usaha. Apabila etika bisnis islam diterapkan secara baik dan konsisten dalam berbisnis, maka semua pihak menjadi untung baik pebisnis sendiri, konsumen, maupun lingkungan dan pihak lain yang terlibat dalam proses bisnis tersebut. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah pertama,&nbsp; bagaimanakah konsep etika bisnis Islam dalam pengelolaan bertransaksi di Pasar Tradisional&nbsp; Banyumulek Kecamatan Kediri? Kedua, bagaimanakah efektifitas penerapan etika bisnis Islam dalam pengelolaan dan transaksi di Pasar Tradisional Banyumulek Kecamatan Kediri? Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi reduksi data, <em>display </em>data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) konsep etika bisnis Islam yang dilakukan oleh para pedagang pada kegiatan <em>muamalah</em> di Pasar Tradisional Desa Banyumulek adalah berdasarkan pada syariat Islam yaitu dengan mengutamakan nilai-nilai kejujuran, keberkahan, keadilan dan kerjasama. 2) Kedua, penerapan Etika bisnis Islam dalam kegiatan <em>mualamah</em> di Pasar Tradisional Banyumulek berjalan secara efektif dimana para pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Banyumulek mengutamakan nilai-nilai yang mengacu pada konsep kemaslahatan masyarakat sehingga memberikan dampak positif terhadap aktivitas sosial ekonomi di lingkungan Pasar Tradisional Banyumulek.</p> 2025-01-03T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://unu-ntb.e-journal.id/ijert/article/view/986 Knowledge of Pedagogical Competence Toward Teachers with and Without Educational Background 2025-04-03T21:56:02+00:00 Heri Hidayatullah herihidayatullah@undikma.ac.id Siti Syafi’atul Qomariyah siti@gmail.com Tama Krisnahadi tama@gmail.com Mukminah Mukminah mukminah@gmail.com <p>The recruitment of teachers should consider at least two criteria by any institution before proceeding the next step of the recruitment. The two criteria are the teachers’ academic qualification and the teachers’ competency. This research aimed to find out whether the teacher with educational and without educational background have significant effect on the knowledge of pedagogical competence or not. Quasi-experimental research with pretest posttest nonequivalent comparison group design was applied in this research by which all teachers affiliated in PERGUNU Lombok Tengah as the population. The purposive sampling technique is used to determine the samples (two experimental group). The instrument which was in the form of pedagogical test had been tested its validity and reliability was distributed to collect the data needed and then the data was analyzed using ANOVA. The result showed that the score of F-test was higher than F-table in the significant level of 0.5. It meant that the teachers with educational background have a basic knowledge of pedagogical competence. However, the teachers without educational background had no basic knowledge of such competence. It could be concluded that there was a significant effect of teachers with educational background toward the knowledge of pedagogical competence comparing to those teachers without any educational background.
