In general, department stores are in the form of self-service shophouses. The department store is currently one of the most in-demand family business. Even in various areas you will find many department stores, especially crowded areas. The purpose of establishing this department store is to make it easier for consumers to get the products they want easily, and to cut time and cost. In this study, we will test the business feasibility of the 35 Hidayah department store. This department store provides a wide range of family items, both clothing and other households items. As the name implies, this department store sells goods at an even price of IDR 35,000. This business feasibility test uses a qualitative method, in which interviews are a way of collecting data. The interview was conducted directly with the owner of the 35 Hidayah department store. Feasibility study of the 35 Hidayah department store seen from marketing aspect and the application of marketing mix found that feasibility can be seen from quality of product, quality according to price, the location of store, employee skills, good services and buying and selling process. And the result show that the business is feasible.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p> <p>Toko serba ada yang biasa dipanggil TOSERBA menjadi bagian dari jenis usaha retail yang menjual berbagai kebutuhan keluarga dan kebutuhan sandang. Pada umumnya usaha ini berbentuk swalayan. Sekarang, toserba menjadi salah satu bisnis keluarga yang paling banyak dicari bahkan dapat ditemukan dimanapun kawasan ramai. Tujuan didirikannya usaha ini adalah untuk memudahkan konsumen mendapatkan produk yang diinginkan dengan mudah, serta menghemat waktu dan biaya. Pada peneliltian ini akan dilakukan uji kelayakan usaha terhadap toserba 35 Hidayah. Toserba ini menyediakan berbagai macam kebutuhan keluarga, baik pakaian maupun kebutuhan rumah tangga lainnya. Sesuai dengan namanya, toserba 35 Hidayah menjual barang dengan harga Rp. 35.000. Uji kelayakan usaha ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana wawancara merupakan salah cara untuk mengumpulkan data. Wawancara dilakukan langsung dengan pemilik toserba 35 Hidayah. Pengujian kelayakan dilihat dari aspek pemasaran dan penerapan bauran pemasaran. Penelitian mendapatkan kelayakan usaha dapat dilihat dari kualitas produk, kualitas sesuai penerapan harga, lokasi toko, keterampilan karyawan, pelayanan yang baik dan proses jual beli. Therefore, of the many economic theories that have emerged in the current era, researchers wish to apply one economic system, namely the creative economy, which relies on human resources as the main capital, especially the process of creation, creativity, expertise and individual talent. to make it easier for the community to improve the local economy. The problems raised in this research are divided into two things, namely: What are the strategies for empowering the creative economy in improving the welfare of groups of weaving craftsmen in Pujut sub-district from an Islamic economic perspective, and what are the inhibiting and supporting factors for empowering the creative economy of weaving craftsmen in Pujut sub-district. To find out more about this research, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The research results show that the strategy for empowering the creative economy in improving the welfare of weaving crafts groups is: Providing facilities and conducting training regarding weaving craftsmen and exchanging information with craftsmen or local communities, who are experts in this field. Companies must be able to compete in the current era so that companies must innovate, promote, and evaluate so that companies can know the desires of the changing market.</em> <em>The purpose of this study was to find out whether product quality, price and halal labels affect consumer purchasing decisions on Wardah cosmetics. This research is a research with a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population in this study is consumers of Wardah cosmetics in the city of Mataram whose population number is not counted so that the population number is not known with certainty. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with respondents in this study are 100 people. The data collection technique in this study is by using a questionnaire with the help of google from then processed using SPSS 16.0. The analysis methods used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests through t tests and f tests, and determination coefficient tests (R2)</em><em>. </em><em>The results showed that: (1) there was no partial influence of product quality variables on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the t<sub>count</sub> &lt; t<sub>table</sub> (-1.383 &lt; 1.988). Between land owners and farmers who work on their land, they enter into a production sharing agreement called a Muzara`ah contract. The aim of the Muzara`ah contract is to improve the welfare of land-owning farmers and sharecroppers.</em></p> <p><em>&nbsp;In this research, researchers used qualitative methods.
